Mr. Liu Jingnan who is known as the Geo-survey expert, the academician of the  Chinese Academy  of Engineering visited Hi-Target on 12th, November, 2009.

With the company of Mr. Liao, who is the president of Hi-Target, Mr. Liu Jingnan looked around the workshop, R&D center, and other departments of Hi-Target. Mr. Liu was impressed by Hi-Target’s achievement in 10 years and the contribution to GNSS industry in China.
